We try to lend a helping hand to as many African children and families in need as possible and to provide them with an efficient, cross-sectoral and sustainable assistance. Beside our projects on the ground, we also organise a number of presentations and programmes in Hungary so that everyone can discover the cultural and natural values of the African continent. We try to reach as great a public as possible, inform it about our work and win over new and new supporters for our cause. You can find updates on our projects and events by surfing the News.

The first two congolese university students of the Global Talent Programme indited by the Foundation for Africa has just arrived a few days ago! The program is aimed to give the opportunity for committed African students to pursue post-secondary education in high-quality yet affordable institutions.
We can perceive a serious gap between European and African countries when it comes to the treatment of young talents, or to managing and providing high-quality education opportunities. The Global Talent programme provides them with a comprehensive and competitive knowledge, international diploma, thus equal opportunities in the future.
The Foundation supports the students from the beginning: it assists in choosing the appropriate institution of higher education, in the travelling of the students (air ticket, accomodation booking or visa), moreover, it takes care of their integration in their new environment as well.
According to the Hungarian education system, students acquire a Bachelor's degree (3-4 years) or a Master's degree (2-3 years) or carry through an undivided training, depending on the field of education (medical, legal, architectural, etc.).
Christian, one of the students of our programme, said: he would learn trade and marketing, and already had big plans. He also mentioned that he already loved Budapest.
We wish them good luck!
Contribute to the education of students in the Congo! You can help the little ones through obtaining new desks to their school. Many thanks for your help!
