We try to lend a helping hand to as many African children and families in need as possible and to provide them with an efficient, cross-sectoral and sustainable assistance. Beside our projects on the ground, we also organise a number of presentations and programmes in Hungary so that everyone can discover the cultural and natural values of the African continent. We try to reach as great a public as possible, inform it about our work and win over new and new supporters for our cause. You can find updates on our projects and events by surfing the News.

Due to the extremely hot temperature, storms are frequent in Congo in this period of the year. Unfortunately there was a huge cloudburst recently, that greatly damaged the fence of La Providence orphanage - some parts were completely destroyed. The orphanage, which accommodates 11 children, exists since 2008 in the capital, Kinshasa, in a district which suffers by extreme poverty. We built this 3-meter-high, 50-meter-long fence with your support in the end of 2009 in order to provide the orphans with a safe environment, and we renovated it in 2011. Now, due to the storm, it is in very bad shape.

Please help us, every little amount counts!

We would like to fix this problem as soon as possible to know that our children are in safety. If you would like make a donation, our bank account is: 16200010-10039959 or simply click here to pay with a card. Please add the title “Fence of the orphanage” to the comment box.

We, and the orphans living there, would like to thank you for your kind support!
